Job Description:

Join a dynamic team at a global medical device company as a Customer Support Coordinator supporting patients and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include providing compassionate customer service, managing stock checks, troubleshooting feeding pumps, and using CRM systems.

Job Responsibility:

Providing compassionate and professional assistance over the phone
Managing stock checks and arranging patient deliveries via phone and email
Troubleshooting feeding pumps and resolving queries efficiently
Using CRM system to log orders and communications
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

Professional and confident phone manner
Experience in customer service or telephony (preferred but not essential)
IT savvy with the ability to multitask on dual screens
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to commute to Maidenhead office with ease
