Job Responsibility:
enthusiastically and professionally assist customers through inbound calls
provide information about products and attempt to close sales over the phone
support customers with delivery issues, including tracking deliveries, resolving delivery problems, and checking stock availability
troubleshoot issues and provide support for account management and software functionality
deliver accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries
keep detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
Requirements:
proficient in french
previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
high school diploma or equivalent
higher education degree (a plus)
knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus)
