Job Description:

Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and articulate Customer Support Specialist to join a well-respected non-profit organization. Job Responsibility:

Manage both inbound and outbound calls daily
provide friendly, accurate, and timely customer service
review medication orders with patients covering details like cost, insurance coverage, shipping options, etc.
perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bilingual in Spanish
ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization
comfortable navigating multiple computer systems, applications, and utilizing search tools to find information
achievement-oriented with a positive attitude and a professional approach to work
strong customer service and office administrative skills
previous experience in Call Center Customer Service
