Job Responsibility:
Providing exceptional service and support to customers via phone and email
Addressing inquiries about products, services, and account details in a professional and timely manner
Assisting clients with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their accounts
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery
Updating and maintaining customer records accurately in the system
Ensuring that each interaction aligns with the non-profit’s mission and values
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish (required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems in a fast-paced environment
Positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus
Passion for supporting a non-profit’s mission and goals
