Emerging services company seeks a Customer Support Specialist with client facing experience. As the Customer Support Specialist, you will respond to client inquiries, building strong client relationships, provide help desk support, implement process improvement, and manage the communication channels between internal departments.
Job Responsibility:
Fulfill customer inquiries
Account Management
Troubleshoot software/hardware issues
Build strong customer relationships
Review and analyze customer feedback
Execute remote desktop sessions for troubleshooting
Maintain customer accounts
Document hardware issues
Troubleshoot data performance inquiries
Complete the RMA process
Requirements:
1+ years of customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
SAP experience a big plus but not required
Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Nice to have:
SAP experience
Salesforce or other CRM experience
Bilingual in Spanish
