Job Description:

Are you fluent in french and have some knowledge of English? Are you enthusiastic about leveraging technology to improve healthcare experiences? Do you like to help others? We are recruting for a cutting-edge E-Health Platform, that is transforming the way people access and manage their health with innovative solutions.

Job Responsibility:

advise our healthcare professionals and accompany them by telephone in their use of the software, both by answering incoming requests and by calling them proactively
train them in the use of our services by phone
ensure the quick and efficient processing of requests received by email
advise and answer the client questions about the product
work closely with the sales, marketing and product teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Requirements:

proficient in french
English language skills
previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
high school diploma or equivalent
higher education degree (a plus)
knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus)
