Job Description:

We're looking for committed individuals to join our client's customer support team in the office. If you enjoy solving problems and enhancing business experiences, this is your chance to work with a top-tier cloud solutions provider in a dynamic and collaborative environment!

Job Responsibility:

assist customers via phone, email, and chat with all their queries related to orders, subscriptions, and invoices
deliver high-quality service to ensure a superior customer experience
follow up on customer queries until they are fully resolved, and meet commitments within agreed deadlines
interact with various departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests

Requirements:

native or advanced French (C2) proficiency
intermediate level of English (B2)
excellent communication skills
experience in customer service is a plus
