Job Description:

Are you a motivated self-starter with experience in customs entry, dispatch, and delivery orders? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership of the entire A-Z brokerage process? If so, we want you on our team!

Job Responsibility:

Process and manage customs entries, ensuring compliance with regulations
Coordinate dispatch and delivery orders efficiently
Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates to stakeholders
Liaise with clients, carriers, and government agencies to facilitate smooth clearances
Handle all aspects of brokerage from start to finish
Proactively identify and resolve any shipment or clearance issues

Requirements:

Proven experience in customs brokerage, including entry processing
Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
