Job Description:

The Cybersecurity Analyst leverages information security tools and data to monitor and reduce organizational risk and to look for the best possible solutions and most efficient processes to enable our client's team to work smarter and safer. The selected candidate will be engaged in the field of cyber security, focusing on threat detection. You will be tasked with utilizing your knowledge and skills in cyber security, network vulnerability, and threat analysis to ensure the safety and integrity of our systems and networks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Use a variety of information security tools to understand and mitigate risk
  • Prepare status reports on security matters and analyze security measures to identify vulnerabilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
  • Lead the company-wide information security training and awareness program
  • Update and document security controls and maintain security software
  • Utilize your skills in vulnerability scanning and detection to administer vulnerability scans or other security tools
  • Apply your knowledge of incident response and handling, as well as intrusion detection methods and techniques
  • Leverage your familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, network security methodologies, and client operating systems
  • Contribute to the company's cyber security strategy and standards through your experience with cyber security engineering
  • Use your experience with MS Intune and other similar platforms

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cyber Security Engineering or related roles
  • Proficiency in Cyber Security, Network Vulnerability, Security Vulnerability, and Vulnerability Analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Vulnerability Assessments - Audits
  • Expertise in Vulnerability remediations and Vulnerability Scanning
  • Familiarity with Cyber security policies, Cyber security standards, and Cyber security strategy
  • Proven knowledge in Cyber security engineering
  • Ability to identify and handle Malware Detection and Advanced Threat Detection
  • Experience in managing Cyber Threats and Security Threats
  • Proven skills in conducting Threat Analysis
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex security reports effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging cyber security threats
  • Knowledge of security systems and tools, security protocols, and security standards
  • Relevant certifications in cyber security will be considered advantageous
