Requirements:

Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or related
Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CompTIA Security+, among others
Practical knowledge in incident identification and response, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and threat mitigation
Mastery of information security principles, including encryption, authentication, authorization, access control, and identity management
Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), among others
Ability to analyze security data and identify patterns, anomalies, and potential threats
Skill in effectively and proactively solving complex cybersecurity issues
Ability to work in teams and collaborate with other cybersecurity professionals, IT teams, and business stakeholders
Knowledge of relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, such as GDPR, PCI DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, among others
Experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and applying cybersecurity governance practices
Fluent in English
