Job Description:

The Cybersecurity Infrastructure Engineer supports and maintains the organization's cybersecurity infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing secure network architectures, applying advanced security measures, and managing security policies on firewalls and intrusion detection systems. The engineer also administers continuous vulnerability management using Qualys WAS. Proficiency in AWS, Azure, Cloudflare’s WAF, and DDoS protection are essential. A strong understanding of networking, protocols, and expertise in scripting languages like Python and PowerShell for automation tasks, as well as integrating and securing APIs and TLS (SSL) certificates, is required.

Job Responsibility:

Designing secure network architectures
Applying advanced security measures
Managing security policies on firewalls and intrusion detection systems
Administering continuous vulnerability management using Qualys WAS
Managing application integrations
Securing firewall/networking systems
Remediation of network vulnerabilities
Proficiency with Azure, Cloudflare, Fortinet solutions
Aid in the response to security incidents and breaches
Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in security operations and procedures
Following the NIST CSF 2.0 cybersecurity framework and ITIL guidelines
Providing second-level technical support and troubleshooting for IT and cybersecurity systems

Requirements:

7+ years administering a medium to large corporate infrastructure
Relevant industry certifications, such as CCNP, CEH, Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700), and Fortinet certifications are preferred
4-year degree from an accredited college or university is a plus
