The Danish Customer Support Specialist is responsible for supporting customers in Denmark & deliver superior customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills as you will analyze the customers’ issues, refer to the appropriate resource material or consult other experts and provide the appropriate solution. Our clients' team is enthusiastic with high ambitions and they are seeking a new member to exploit their knowledge and development all together.
Job Responsibility:
provide effectively end-user support & troubleshoot issues with urgency, analyse problems & provide solutions to every customer issue on their first contact
reply to customers' needs by answering calls & emails
provide information on contractual terms, invoices and cancellation terms
update the internal database with all appropriate information & customer interaction
identify customer demands and introduce the product range
enhance customer relations so as to build customer retention
Requirements:
native or fluent level in Danish
advanced level of English
PC literacy & good knowledge of MS Office
target driven personality, friendly and communicative attitude
