Job Description:

Join Nazar´s Holiday Center, our call center, where we sell and arrange holidays for guests across the Nordic countries. Our goal is to provide top-notch service, making sure every guest´s holiday starts the moment they contact us.

Job Responsibility:

Booking and organizing holidays
Answering questions via phone, email, chat, and social media
Making changes to bookings
Solving problems before and during trip

Requirements:

Fluent in Danish
Basic English skills
Experience in tourism, sales, or customer service
Good computer skills

Nice to have:

Another Nordic language is a bonus
