Job Description:

As a Data Analyst, you will work within a team to perform data preprocessing, analysis, visualization, and provide insights using Python and tools like Power BI or Tableau. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business needs and ensure data quality and accuracy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
  • Generate actionable insights to provide solutions to business challenges
  • Develop and maintain Python scripts for data manipulation tasks, automation, and reporting workflows
  • Design reusable Python modules, libraries, and frameworks to standardize data analysis processes
  • Work with Python-based tools and frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, plotly) for advanced data analysis and visualization
  • Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python-based libraries
  • Identify and implement ways to improve data quality, accessibility, and reliability
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Stay updated with trends in Python, machine learning, and AI to recommend and implement tools or practices that enhance the data analytics workflow.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib
  • Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ability to write complex queries for data extraction
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of version control tools like Git for collaborative development
  • Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in areas like Python, data analysis, or machine learning (e.g., DataCamp, Coursera, or equivalent)
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
