Job Description:

We are inviting applications for the position of Data Analyst. As a Data Analyst, you will be entrusted with the task of converting data into actionable insights through advanced data modeling, reporting, and process automation. You will play a vital role in building comprehensive dashboards, streamlining data workflows, and mechanizing repetitive tasks to boost business efficiency and decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

Collect, clean and transform procurement data using Excel or other data cleansing software
Build and maintain interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
Utilize advanced Excel functions, Power Query, Power Pivot to build reports and key performance indicators
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting and analytics solutions
Perform ongoing maintenance and updates to data universes as required
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their unique data and reporting requirements
Drive innovation by enhancing and optimizing existing reporting and dashboarding processes
Automate manual processes and repetitive tasks using Microsoft Power Automate
Develop and implement solutions that enhance efficiency in reporting, data collection, approvals, dashboarding, and communication processes
Monitor and maintain existing automated processes to ensure they are functioning correctly and delivering accurate results
Identify and recommend improvements to existing data processes and automation workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including all Indirect Sourcing teams and other internal business teams
Present data findings and process improvements in a clear and actionable format to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

Proficient in data analytics and data collection techniques
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Capable of designing and creating dashboards for data visualization
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features and Excel formulas
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for detail-oriented communication
Demonstrated leadership skills and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of security protocols relevant to data handling
Experience with automation processes and optimization techniques
Familiar with procurement processes and sourcing strategies
Capable of effectively collaborating with stakeholders and team members
Proficient in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting
Proven skills in process improvement and streamlining operations
