Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and help transform raw data into actionable insights. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, develop reports, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
Perform SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for business growth
Support predictive modeling and statistical analysis using Python or R (if applicable)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data strategy and automation

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, actionable manner
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)

Nice to have:

Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and automation
Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
Understanding of business intelligence best practices and reporting automation
Experience working with Google Analytics, Salesforce, or other data platforms
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
