Job Description:

This role primarily revolves around maintaining the configuration of a custom database or Salesforce CRM, cleaning and processing large volumes of data, and collaborating with decision makers to generate comprehensive reports and presentations.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze and process large volumes of data to identify trends and assess performance and quality
Collaborate with team members and decision makers to collect and analyze data, and report results
Utilize SQL and other analytical techniques to analyze a wide variety of data
Develop comprehensive reports, presentations, maps, or charts based on data collection and analysis
Test and debug reports, and validate results
Use Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI to create dashboards and report data
Identify potential risk factors in tasks or projects, and communicate them to support the well-being of the organization

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
Proficiency in SQL for managing and manipulating databases
Demonstrated ability to create dashboards for data visualization
Experience in data reporting and analysis
Proficient in using Excel and Power BI for business analytics

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
