Job Description:

As a Data Analytics Consultant, you will work closely with various teams to build and optimize our data analytics processes and reporting. You will be instrumental in defining business requirements, developing Power BI dashboards, and identifying areas of improvement.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure accurate sourcing, validation, and transformation of data
Work in a cross-functional COE to define business requirements and translate them into operational, finance, and project metrics reporting
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide insights into financial performance, operational efficiency, and project health
Partner with finance, operations, and project teams to understand complex reporting needs and functional requirements
Use advanced system expertise and critical thinking skills to identify gaps and create innovative solutions for data integration and reporting optimization
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring alignment between reporting outputs and stakeholder expectations
Identify opportunities for reporting process enhancements, improve data accuracy and consistency, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Data Analytics
Proficiency in Data Visualization techniques
Experience with Ad Hoc Reporting
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
Strong understanding of Analytics
Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI)
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
