Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently scan claims documents into our database
Review and verify information captured by Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software
Make precise adjustments or corrections to information in the system as needed
Maintain high levels of data accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements:

Strong Data Entry Skills: Proven history of high typing speed and exceptional accuracy
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies or errors in data quickly and address them effectively
Highly Motivated: Dependable with a strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up every day
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with OCR software and data processing systems is a plus
Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
Experience working in office or administrative roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, is a bonus
