Job Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Manufacturing industry, located in Lombard, Illinois. In this role, you will be primarily accountable for the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and handling customer inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently process and review traffic images and videos for violations
Handle daily Supervisor Confirms and out-of-state license plate and owner information look-ups and entry
Accurately process violation records in accordance with established processes and procedures
Manually correct Owner names and addresses that exceed 30 characters prior to confirmation
Assist in information lookup in LexisNexis for violation records with license plates that cannot be acquired through SOS or Nlets
Utilize 10 Key Skills, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word for data entry and organizing files
Proactively identify and communicate effective solutions to problems encountered in daily operations
Conduct calculations, scanning, and typing tasks as needed
Provide excellent customer service and handle email correspondence effectively

Requirements:

Proficiency in 10 Key Skills
Excellent Customer Service abilities
Experience in Data Entry
Proficient in Email Correspondence
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Experience in Organizing Files
Ability to Perform Calculations
Skilled in Scanning documents
Typing skills with high accuracy
