Job Description:

Do you excel at accurately entering and managing data while meeting deadlines? We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Twin Cities, MN! This is a fully on-site role, where your organizational skills and attention to detail will play an essential part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data operations.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately input a high volume of data into company databases, spreadsheets, or software systems while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Verify and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Review and update records, including correcting errors and discrepancies as they are identified
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy access and retrieval
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and ensure consistency across departments
Perform basic reporting and generate summaries of data for department usage
Support general administrative tasks as needed, including document preparation and communication with internal teams

Requirements:

Proven experience in a data entry or administrative position preferred
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, as well as general computer literacy
Strong typing and 10-key skills with a high level of speed and accuracy
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate degree or higher is a plus
