We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk at our retail location in HONOLULU, Hawaii. In this role, you will be tasked with an array of responsibilities ranging from processing customer applications to maintaining accurate customer records and handling customer inquiries.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
Update and maintain precise records of customer credit data
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, providing excellent customer service
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required
Assist with data entry of Accounts Payable entries in the software platform
Navigate an ERP system for various data entry tasks
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and organization
Organize and maintain AP paper files
Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Proficiency in data entry
Possession of 10 Key skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
Experience in organizing files
Ability to perform scanning tasks efficiently
Typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
