Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our Accounts Payable (AP) department on a temporary or contract basis. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial data entry, supporting the AP team with timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, and maintaining critical documentation.

Job Responsibility:

Enter, verify, and update invoices and payment information into the AP system promptly and accurately
Cross-check invoices for errors, discrepancies, and incomplete information, resolving any issues as needed in coordination with vendors or team members
Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of financial transactions and supplier information in Oracle or other tools used by the company
Provide support for month-end and year-end close processes as directed, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines

Requirements:

1-2 years of data entry experience
Previous experience working within an ERP system or accounting software is a plus
Strong ability to analyze and input data with efficiency and accuracy
Proven ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities in a high-volume setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or within a team environment

Nice to have:

Previous experience working within an ERP system or accounting software
