Job Description:

Our client is seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and updating company databases and ensuring the integrity of important information. Job Responsibility:

Input, update, and verify high volumes of data across multiple systems with speed and accuracy
Maintain updated records by routinely cross-checking data for accuracy and identifying inconsistencies
Correct data entry errors and maintain data entry logs as necessary
Create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and other documents as required
Retrieve and organize data for reporting or analysis purposes when requested
Adhere to company protocols and ensure sensitive data is handled confidentially and securely
Assist with administrative tasks or additional data-related projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher is a plus)
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles
Typing speed of at least [X WPM], with a high degree of accuracy
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines effectively
Familiarity with database management systems or CRM tools is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
