Job Description:

Robert Half is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for our local clients ongoing needs in the area. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Enter and update data into databases and systems with speed and accuracy
Verify data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with company standards
Perform data cleanup and correction to maintain database integrity
Retrieve and organize data as requested by team members or management
Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive data
Conduct quality control checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies
Assist with general administrative tasks related to data management

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
associate’s degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
Proficiency with data entry software, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to type quickly and accurately
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
