Job Description:

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, streamlining processes, and contributing to a team in a meaningful way.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining large volumes of data into company systems or databases
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, resolving data discrepancies, and identifying areas for improvement
Managing and organizing files, records, and digital repositories for enhanced accessibility
Performing quality control checks to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company standards
Collaborating with other team members to troubleshoot issues, streamline workflows, and meet deadlines
Extracting data and preparing reports as required by management or other key stakeholders
Guarding sensitive and confidential information in accordance with the organization's policies

Requirements:

Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role (1+ years preferred)
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
familiarity with data entry or database software is a plus
Aptitude for working independently while maintaining effective collaboration with a team
Experience in the tech industry is a plus, but not required
