Job Responsibility:

Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources
Inspect reports and sheets of data
Search websites for information
Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product
Enter information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

Requirements:

Intermediate experience in spreadsheets
Proficiency in database management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and Word
Rapid typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent understanding of data confidentiality principles
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent multitasking abilities
Ability to work under deadline pressure
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
