Job Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for inputting and maintaining our database with high-level accuracy while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately input, update, and maintain records in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems
Verify the accuracy of data and resolve any discrepancies by cross-referencing with source documents
Conduct regular reviews to maintain data integrity and completeness
Generate reports or analyses from collected data, as needed
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing and document management
Collaborate with team members to ensure data is consistent and actionable across departments

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
additional certifications in office administration or data management are a plus
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail to ensure error-free work
Experience using database software, Microsoft Excel, and other productivity tools
Ability to type quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with coworkers and addressing data issues
Familiarity with confidentiality protocols (such as handling sensitive data securely)
