Job Description:

This role involves entering and maintaining accurate data across various systems, ensuring high levels of precision and efficiency to support the smooth operation of the company.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately entering and updating data into internal systems and databases
Reviewing and verifying data for completeness and consistency
Managing large volumes of data and ensuring its accuracy and integrity
Generating reports based on the entered data for review and analysis
Organizing and maintaining electronic files and records for easy retrieval
Assisting in data cleanup and identifying discrepancies to be addressed
Collaborating with other departments to ensure data is accurately captured and recorded
Performing routine audits to ensure data quality and prevent errors

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data entry software or databases
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle large amounts of information while maintaining high levels of accuracy
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
