Job Description:

Cogoport is currently looking for data operations executives in the rate management team who would be responsible for collecting, entering and managing the rates data on our platform.

Job Responsibility:

Upload and manage the different types of rates on Cogoport platform as procured from the suppliers
Ensure data accuracy for uploaded rates, ensuring zero loss due to entry of incorrect rates
Follow SOPs for each service and maintain desks TAT for each allocated task

Requirements:

Minimum graduate/diploma in any stream
0-3 years of experience in a similar role in logistics or any industry
High attention to detail
Good level of proficiency with MS Excel
Ability to use advanced functions and be able to work with large excel files

Nice to have:

Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Ability to communicate effectively across teams
