Job Description:

This role involves leading a team of data professionals, performing advanced data processing and modeling tasks, conducting statistical analyses, and delivering integrated solutions for clients. It requires both technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee projects and collaborate across teams.

Job Responsibility:

lead a team of data scientists, data engineers, and data analysts
oversee data processing and cleansing to generate structured datasets
conduct statistical analyses
execute ad-hoc scenarios and simulations
oversee production of reporting, visualization, and presentations
collaborate across Business Intelligence, Buying, Planning, and Digital Investment teams
drive research and development initiatives with algorithmic modeling
identify and solve issues, improve processes
translate business problems into mathematical expressions
ensure timely delivery of projects
present data in a compelling way
support new business initiatives
expand client portfolio and upsell services

Requirements:

minimum of 7 years of experience in a Data Science role
proficiency in data science tools including SQL, Python, C++, and R Programming
experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, and Power BI
familiarity with cloud platforms like Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
strong background in data analytics, data processing, and data cleansing
ability to work with raw and structured data
expertise in data modeling and data governance
knowledge of SAS and data architecture
proficiency in Microsoft Excel
experience in strategy management is advantageous
