Job Description:

Join a leading company in the staffing industry as a Data Scientist II, where you'll leverage generative AI and advanced analytics to drive business innovation. This role involves building AI-driven solutions, refining large language models, and developing predictive analytics to solve complex business challenges.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement predictive models using machine learning algorithms
Analyze large datasets to optimize key business processes
Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy real-time model solutions
Enhance AI model performance through fine-tuning and prompt engineering
Conduct benchmarking with human-in-the-loop feedback for iterative improvements
Design multi-agent workflows to solve business challenges
Work with IT and data engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems
Partner with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s/PhD preferred)
5+ years of experience in data science, predictive modeling, and AI solutions
Strong expertise in machine learning, NLP, and big data technologies (Azure, Hadoop, Hive, etc.)
Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, Scala, or similar programming languages
Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Azure certifications preferred.

Nice to have:

Azure certifications
experience with Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, and Microsoft data services.
