Job Description:

As a data visualization consultant, you will help our clients solve complex data issues. You will collect data from various sources, optimize datasets for visualization and develop insightful and user-friendly dashboards. Using your own expertise and the Sopra Steria design-thinking methodology, you increase the quality of reporting and visualizations at our customers. In addition, your input will contribute to the vision and development of our Data Visualization team.

Job Responsibility:

Help clients solve complex data issues
Collect data from various sources
Optimize datasets for visualization
Develop insightful and user-friendly dashboards
Increase the quality of reporting and visualizations at customers
Contribute to the vision and development of the Data Visualization team

Requirements:

At least 2 years of data visualization experience
Creative but pragmatic person
Knowledge of best practices and visual design principles
At least 2 years of experience in a visualization tool or library (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, D3.js, etc.)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and programming languages such as javascript, python, C# is a plus
Experience with performance tuning of dashboards
Knowledge and feeling for UX design is a plus
Fluent communication skills
Proficiency in English, knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
