Job Description:

This role involves the administration of databases, the maintenance of data communications protocols, and the implementation of security procedures. The candidate will oversee database performance tuning, backups, recovery, and optimization, with a strong focus on technologies like Linux, Azure, and MySQL.

Job Responsibility:

Administer databases effectively, ensuring smooth operations
maintain and enforce data communications protocols
uphold stringent security procedures across all system components
utilize troubleshooting techniques for various network operating domains, relational databases, and software applications
adhere to system access and security guidelines and procedures
have a comprehensive understanding of the design and integration of relational databases, Windows, and SQL applications
apply database tuning techniques to optimize system performance
implement backup and recovery procedures to safeguard data
maintain relational databases, network operating systems, and servers according to established standards
manage projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and success.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Linux Technologies
good understanding of Microsoft Azure
experience with Microsoft SQL Server
familiarity with MySQL
ability to perform Optimization tasks
experience in AB Testing
knowledge of Backup Technologies
ability to perform Cluster Analysis
proficiency in Configuration Management
substantial experience in Database Administration.
