Job Description:

An EL/PL Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm based in Leeds. Joining our client's leading team, you will manage a quality caseload of Defendant EL/PL matters from start to completion. The department act on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in this sector.

Job Responsibility:

manage a quality caseload of Defendant EL/PL matters
defend EL/PL claims for Leisure and Retail industries and SME insureds
work on defective premises/property and product liability files
liaise with clients, opponents, court, witnesses
undertake own liability investigations

Requirements:

proven EL/PL Litigation experience
Solicitors & Legal Executives considered
Defendant and Claimant experience considered
