Job Description:

Join IKEA’s delivery team as a Delivery Driver, where you’ll help share iconic products with homes and fulfill a range of duties centered around efficient and quality delivery services. The role is full-time with flexibility discussed during interviews. Applicants must meet health and safety age and license requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Prompt and careful handling of stock to ensure quality deliveries
Visit customers’ homes to resolve complaints and deliver or replace missing stock
Inspect and maintain assigned vehicles
Report issues after each use
Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and service partners
Handle complaints and claims efficiently

Requirements:

At least 19 years of age
Valid and clean driver's license (Category B) held for at least 24 months
Skilled at forward planning
Ability to handle several tasks at once
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving capabilities
Computer literate
Able to work with technology

Nice to have:

Experience in handling similar tasks
Familiarity with customer service routines
