Job Description:

We are looking for a Delivery O&M Engineer (BESS) to join the team in Rijswijk! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of resolving critical energy storage network issues, ensuring smooth product operation, and driving innovation in digital maintenance solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Solve live network problems for energy storage products and prevent future issues
support deployment and preventive maintenance activities
design and implement digital O&M solutions to improve efficiency
enhance maintenance platforms and upskill team members in energy storage

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy Storage, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (WO-level required)
at least 2 years of experience in energy storage (BESS or high-voltage experience is a plus)
strong communication skills in English (Chinese is a bonus)
ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and stay organized
eligibility to live and work in the Netherlands

Nice to have:
