Job Description:

This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork by providing assistance to other DSS to balance workload
  • Understand and support the HPEFS FY25 Strategic Business Initiatives
  • Demonstrate HPEFS values, principles and leadership attributes Commitments are inviolate (dates, timeframes), Accountability (own the problem), Innovate and try new things with a balanced risk approach
  • Actively use HPE/FS reward and recognition programs
  • Actively take up leading at least 1 mini project within FY25
  • Complete all mandatory trainings according to schedule
  • Participate actively in Trainings/Testing/Surveys/Functional Meetings (e.g. VOW, Productivity survey, UAT etc.)

Requirements:

  • First level university degree with recommended focus in business or finance.
  • Typically 0-4 years of experience.
  • Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)
  • good command of English, Korean.
  • Advanced knowledge of internal processes and policies.
  • Solid understanding of local legal compliance issues.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Advanced time management skills.
  • Basic project management skills.
