Job Description:

IKEA Components is looking for a demand planner for Retail Equipment. The role involves creating sustainable customer value for IKEA by leading and securing availability at lowest total cost for our products and optimize utilization of the range. The demand planner will work in a complex and changing world, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex relationships in an easy and straightforward way.

Job Responsibility:

Leading and securing availability at lowest total cost for our products and optimize utilization of the range
Creating global demand used by multiple stakeholders to secure availability
Being part of securing availability to enable IKEA product sales and expansion into new markets with new customer meeting points

Requirements:

Experience from supply chain or other relevant experience
Strong analytical skills
Self-driven and takes lead/actions on topics
Ability to work with a holistic perspective
Open-minded, enjoys fast-paced environment and acts with flexibility in ad-hoc situations
Great communicator that can construct and explain scenarios in an easy-to-understand manner
Experience or big interest in digital solutions and/or areas such as analytics, Machine learning, BI tools
