The role involves driving business growth and revenues as part of the inside sales team, focusing on customer relationships, retention strategies, and contributing to overall organizational revenue growth.
Job Responsibility:
Build up trusting and consultative relationships with the customers and provide cost-effective solutions through Cogoport’s product
Work on a mixed bag of old and fresh leads
Create strategies for retention of existing accounts
Sell services to channel partners such as freight forwarders and customs brokers
Directly take revenue responsibility through sales with customers
Achieve performance-driven monthly incentives
Requirements:
Any graduate degree/postgraduate degree
Engineering Graduates or Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage
Freshers/minimum of 6 months of experience and proven track record in account management and business development
Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage
Excellent client relationship management and rapport building skills
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Process-orientation and business acumen
