Job Description:

A property developer based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Design Architect to lead, coordinate, and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion. Join a team that specializes in high-rise, commercial, and industrial developments with a healthy pipeline of ongoing projects.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with design standards, budget, and timelines
Lead planning and design coordination, including zoning, spatial interactions, and material selection
Develop innovative design concepts and ensure compliance with functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to maintain design integrity and regulatory compliance
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues
Stay updated on industry trends and integrate sustainable, innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Architecture with LAM Part 2
Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in Architecture, with a portfolio of high-end residential and mixed development projects
Part 2 or Part 3 Architects are preferred
Strong design skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, etc.

Nice to have:

Prior experience managing teams and external stakeholders
Expertise in integrating sustainable, innovative solutions
