Job Responsibility:
Provide IT support through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person requests
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and courteous manner
Manage and track all problem and resolution activity within the tracking system
Install and configure basic PC software applications like Microsoft Office, Citrix, etc.
Stage and configure new and existing desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment
Act as primary and secondary support for computer upgrades and installations
Assist in managing hardware and software assets
Participate in the hardware warranty repair process
Contribute to the continuous development of problem-solving techniques and more efficient support methods
Display proficiency in both PC and MAC systems
Support meetings as required
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Proficiency in Email Correspondence
Familiarity with the software 'About Time'
Ability to provide clear, concise answers to client queries
Knowledge of various Methods used in IT support
Experience in conducting system Upgrades
Proven track record in providing excellent Customer Support
Skilled in Submission of technical reports and documentation
Expertise in Desktop Hardware maintenance and repair
Ability to provide Onsite support when necessary
Knowledge of Laptop Hardware and its troubleshooting
Proficiency in handling and maintaining Computer Hardware
Ability to use and create Templates for reporting and documentation
Experience with Peripheral Equipment setup and troubleshooting
Deep understanding of PC Operating Systems
Proficiency in handling and troubleshooting Mac Computers
Familiarity with Track System for logging and tracking IT issues
Experience with Citrix virtualization software
Proficiency in using the Servicenow Application for IT service management
Ability to communicate Courteously with clients
Skills to Troubleshoot Hardware issues effectively
Familiarity with Cedar.AI software
Proficiency in various PC Software and applications
