Job Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is crucial within our team, with the main function being to assist with a Windows 11 Migration. The Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for tasks including assisting with computer breakdowns and installations, intake calls for IT issues, and providing hands-on assistance carrying equipment to various locations in the building.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the migration to Windows 11 across the organization
Handle IT-related queries and issues via intake calls
Assist in the breakdown and installation of computer systems
Provide physical assistance in moving equipment around the premises
Apply skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Computer Hardware
Utilize knowledge of Dell Technologies and Active Directory to maintain and troubleshoot systems
Manage and support Apple Devices within the organization
Implement Backup Technologies for data protection and recovery
Perform Configuration Management to ensure system stability and efficiency

Requirements:

Proficiency in Android Development
Solid understanding of Cisco Technologies
Experience with Citrix Technologies
Knowledge of Computer Hardware
Familiarity with Dell Technologies
Proficiency in Active Directory
Experience with Apple Devices
Knowledge of Backup Technologies
Experience with Configuration Management
