Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team based in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The selected individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks including Android development, managing Cisco and Citrix technologies, handling computer hardware issues, and more.

Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional support for Android development projects
Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Technologies to ensure smooth operations
Administer Citrix technologies, resolving any issues that may arise
Maintain and repair computer hardware as necessary
Utilize Dell Technologies for various tasks and operations
Oversee the Active Directory, ensuring it continues to function optimally
Support and troubleshoot Apple devices within the organization
Implement and manage Backup Technologies to secure company data
Perform Configuration Management tasks to ensure system stability and efficiency

Requirements:

Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Android Development
Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
Experience with Citrix Technologies
Understanding of Computer Hardware
Familiarity with Dell Technologies
Proficiency in Active Directory
Experience with Apple Devices
Knowledge of Backup Technologies
Proven experience in Configuration Management
