Job Description:

The role is crucial to the smooth operation of our IT environment and involves a variety of responsibilities, from maintaining the end-user IT environment to providing support to colleagues and participating in IT projects.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing the daily IT management and maintenance tasks to ensure a risk-free environment
Assisting users in resolving IT-related issues to facilitate smooth operations
Maintaining an updated IT company asset inventory for accurate records
Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently for seamless transactions
Providing adequate and timely communication and support to colleagues for efficient collaboration
Participating in IT projects to stay aligned with the company's strategic goals
Ensuring a smooth IT environment in support of staff, clients, and the business as a whole
Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action to maintain customer satisfaction
Maintaining accurate customer credit records for future reference and analysis

Requirements:

Proficiency in Computer Hardware
Mastery of Microsoft Office 365
Experience with Active Directory
Familiarity with Windows 11
