Job Description:

We are in search of a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in New York. As part of the tech industry, the Desktop Support Analyst will manage the resolution of IT-related issues and provide support for all assigned areas. The job function includes ensuring efficient and reliable operation of the company's desktop environment, maintaining systems, and troubleshooting computer problems.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Dell Technologies to troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues
Maintain and manage computer hardware and Apple devices ensuring they are in good working condition
Implement database management and configuration management to ensure data integrity and security
Provide support and maintenance for Active Directory, ensuring user access is up to date and secure
Handle Backup Technologies, ensuring data safety and availability in the event of any data loss
Leverage knowledge of Azure and Cloud experience to manage and support cloud-based applications and data
Utilize knowledge of ConnectWise and Office 365 to support users in these platforms
Apply experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments to manage and troubleshoot issues
Work in line with IT certification guidelines, such as M365, Mimecast, KnowBe4, and Cisco Meraki

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role
Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
Experience with Database management
Knowledge of Dell Technologies
Proficiency in Active Directory
Experience with Apple Devices
Knowledge of Backup Technologies
Familiarity with Configuration Management
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field preferred
