Job Description:

We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in the Communications industry, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be providing first-level technical support, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining an efficient helpdesk system.

Job Responsibility:

Provide thorough technical support, primarily for Windows environments and applications
Efficiently handle and resolve end-user problems, both onsite and remotely
Prioritize and process requests received through the IT helpdesk
Utilize desktop remote control products for troubleshooting
Modify workstation configurations, utilities, software default settings
Maintain and efficiently use the helpdesk tracking software
Document and update internal procedures
Assist with onboarding new users
Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
Maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses
Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees
Assign users and computers to appropriate groups in Active Directory
Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades
Create/modify user accounts within Active Directory

Requirements:

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar position
Strong knowledge and experience with Android Development
Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
Experience with Citrix Technologies
Proficiency in using Mac Computers
Comprehensive understanding and experience with Microsoft products and services
Ability to manage and troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory
Experience with Apple Devices
Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
Experience in Configuration Management
Proven experience in Deployments
