Job Description:

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in the real estate industry, located in Delray Beach, Florida. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing technical assistance to our team, working with various technologies and systems. This role is primarily focused on ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and providing necessary support to our staff.

Job Responsibility:

Provide technical support for Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, and Mac Computers
Offer solutions and support for Microsoft and Active Directory related issues
Handle EO/IR systems and ensure their proper functioning
Responsible for asset tagging and maintaining a detailed inventory of all hardware and software assets
Oversee the deployment of new systems and technologies within the organization
Provide deskside support to users, assisting with any hardware or software issues they may encounter
Responsible for the configuration management of systems, ensuring they are set up properly for users
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the company's software and hardware
Collaborate with other IT team members to provide top-notch support and ensure the smooth operation of technology within the company

Requirements:

Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies
Experience with EO/IR systems
Familiarity with Mac Computers and Microsoft software
Knowledge in Active Directory
Understanding of Computer Hardware
Experience in Configuration Management
Proficiency in handling Deployments
Ability to provide Deskside Support
Real Estate Developers industry experience would be beneficial
Desktop Support Analyst job function experience preferred
