Job Description:

This role is within the IT industry and primarily focuses on providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The individual will be tasked with diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring optimal performance for end-users within the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to user-reported issues via phone, email, or ticketing system, providing timely and efficient resolution
Install, set up, and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot slowdowns or outages, and ensure optimal performance
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computer systems and equipment
Document incidents, problems, and resolutions for future reference and continuous improvement
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring a unified approach to problem-solving
Educate users on basic troubleshooting and system use, providing guidance on best practices for maintaining system security
Manage inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring adequate resources for organization's needs
Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support or vendors as necessary
Ensure proper functioning of security tools such as antivirus software

Requirements:

Proficiency in Android Development
Extensive understanding of Cisco Technologies
Expertise in Citrix Technologies
Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
Experience with Dell Technologies
Proficiency in handling Apple Devices
Knowledge of Backup Technologies
Experience in Configuration Management
