Job Description:

We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Los Angeles, California. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be tasked with providing high-level IT support, managing IT documentation, and maintaining essential asset management processes. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide comprehensive IT support, ensuring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
Use proficiency in key Microsoft tools such as Intune, SharePoint, Office 365, and OneDrive
Lead IT documentation efforts, contributing to the thoroughness and efficiency of processes
Maintain effective written and verbal communication skills for describing processes, resolving tickets, and assisting users
Exhibit traits like patience, empathy, and adaptability when navigating communication gaps with non-technical end-users
Demonstrate a solid understanding of IT support and asset management concepts
Utilize knowledge in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Computer Hardware
Apply skills in Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Backup Technologies, and Configuration Management

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar
Proven experience with Android Development
Demonstrable knowledge of Cisco Technologies
Proficiency in Citrix Technologies
Familiarity with Computer Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
Experience with Dell Technologies is essential
Solid understanding of Active Directory
Experience with Apple Devices support and maintenance
Knowledge of Backup Technologies
Proficiency in Configuration Management
Previous experience in the Real Estate & Property industry is a plus
